Skeld — Shield Your Fitness
A self-built product, not a client project — full-stack from concept through Stripe billing.
Skeld is a training log built around an idea most fitness trackers get wrong: a planned rest day should count as training done right, not a broken streak. It logs straight sets, supersets, EMOMs, AMRAPs and circuits the way lifters actually train, supports hands-free voice logging so a set is recorded before the bar gets racked, and turns every entry into an estimated 1-rep-max trend so progress is a chart instead of a feeling. A free tier covers logging forever; Pro layers in AI workout generation and deeper trend analysis.
A common version of this project: a team running its operations across spreadsheets, shared inboxes, and someone's memory. We build a single tool that replaces all three — built around your actual workflow, not a generic template.
A common version of this project: a business ready to offer customers a real booking flow, account portal, or ordering experience instead of a phone call or a contact form. Built as a proper web or mobile product, not a plugin bolted onto a website.
A common version of this project: someone on the team spends hours a week manually copying data between two or three tools, or reading through documents and typing up the same summary every time. We bring in AI to handle that work directly — reading, summarizing, and moving data between systems — connecting them where it makes sense, without disrupting what already works.
A common version of this project: a business with software already in place, but no one to call when it breaks or when the next feature comes up. We step in as that on-call technical partner, on retainer or hourly.
